The main show area is in the extensive outside car park and grounds of the main British Motor Museum building. Every air-cooled vehicle that arrives and has paid the £13 advance entry fee (per adult and £7 per child) gets to display their vehicle and becomes part of the show.

 

Your entry also includes admission to the world-class British Motor Museum collection, making this an unmissable day out for motor enthusiasts, families, and fans alike.

You will be able to enter your air-cooled vehicle to the show as an exhibitor on the day (if space is available), but on the day entry is more expensive, so pre-booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

You can of course still come along and enjoy the show even if you are not in an air-cooled VW or Porsche. There is a large car park adjacent to the museum where you can park then walk over to the main show ground area. You can purchase visitor tickets at standard museum entry prices (we recommend that exhibitors and visitors book online in advance for the best value tickets).​

CAMPING AVAILABLE 

 

For those who want to make a weekend of it, camping will be available on Saturday 22 August 2026 within the museum grounds - perfect for soaking up the atmosphere and meeting fellow enthusiasts before the big day. Separate charges apply of £27 per night per pitch (booked in advance or £37 on the day if space is available). There is a shower and toilet block located approximately 200 yards from the camping area, but electric hook up is not available sorry.
